DELIVERY TIMES AND POLICIES
As soon as we receive your order, we get to work.
We run some basic checks for insurance verification and documentation and then hand it off to our logistics team. Our delivery fleet is followed by a tight tracking system that enables us to see the location of each vehicle in real time, so we can find the technician closest and send them directly to your patient.
Our staff works from 9am to 5pm daily, and we have technicians on call to handle overflow calls after hours. All of our vehicles are equipped with traffic monitoring GPS systems and toll road transponders. Our streamlined process allows us to deliver our products straight to your patient’s door as early as within hours of placing the order, or by the next business day the latest.

Our technicians deliver to most areas Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Most orders will be delivered before 5:00PM.
